How do we condense our 30+ years together  into a webpage? (ok, that's a rhetorical question; we really can't.) But, we want to give you a short introduction on this web page.

Ours was a storybook romance; Bob was in the U.S. Air Force and attending technical schooling at Lowry AFB, Denver, Colorado. Sunny was doing volunteer work for the Denver USO as a  hostess. We met, and the rest is too much to believe in a web page. For the rest of the story, be sure to ask us when you visit.

Enough to say, we got married, waited a few years and started having children. Not to do things by halves,  we have 4 boys. Their names each have a story, but the result makes it simple to remember their birth order; Robert, Christopher, Mark, Phillip. That gives us the RCMP. Somehow it seems appropriate now  that we live near the Niagara border with Canada.

Life has been a challenge for us at times. Just the same way as for many of you. Sunny was born in New Jersey and grew up there and in Colorado. Bob was born in Illinois, then raised in Massachusetts, Ohio,  and back to Illinois. We have seen and lived in a number of areas in this land including Colorado, Alaska, Wyoming, Illinois, New Hampshire, Texas, and now, New York.

With all of our experiences, we have decided to open Sunny's Roost Bed & Breakfast in one of the most  friendly, historical, and scenic locations we have ever visited. The Village of Lewiston, New York on the Niagara river.
